CV / Biography

Sarah teaches labour and criminal law.  She is currently undertaking research, alongside Professor Catherine Barnard, on the Free Movement of People funded by the ESRC, UK in a Changing Europe programme. She is also running a research project, funded by the Employment Lawyers Association, exploring the resolution of employment disputes.

She has given evidence to the Joint Committee on Human Rights in relation to industrial action, and to the Parliamentary Cross Party Working Group on Independent Complaints. She was invited to speak on Radio 4's Unreliable evidence discussing the Gender Pay Gap.
