Summary
Cryptoassets, with their unique features, have posed a challenge to the conventional understanding of property and ownership. The doctoral thesis considers the taxonomical classification of cryptoassets as property pursuant to the law of England and Wales. The project also explores the succession law implications of cryptoassets.
