CELS Workshop on Revision of the Monti II and Enforcement Directive

CELS hosted a highly successful seminar on the European Commission's Monti II and Enforcement Directive proposals in Cambridge on 27th April 2012. Participants included those from academia, the European Commission, BIS, the TUC, and the CBI. A lively exchange of views ensued on these highly controversial proposals.
