CYELS Volume Seven- Now Available

CELS is delighted to announce that Volume Seven of the Cambridge Yearbook of European Legal Studies (CYELS) is now available from Hart Publishing.  The Cambridge Yearbook of European Legal Studies is CELS' flagship publication. It provides a forum for the scrutiny of significant issues in European Union Law, the Law of the Council of Europe, and Comparative Law with a "European" dimension, and particularly those which have come to the fore during the year preceding publication, and many of the articles are developed from papers given at CELS' Lunchtime Seminars.  Volume Seven features articles by Hugh Collins, Alan Dashwood, David Feldman and Neil MacCormick, to name but a few.
