CELS is pleased to announce that the latest volume of The Cambridge Yearbook of European Legal Studies (Volume 8) is now in circulation.  The Cambridge Yearbook of European Legal Studies is CELS' flagship publication. It provides a forum for the scrutiny of significant issues in European Union Law, the Law of the Council of Europe, and Comparative Law with a "European" dimension, and particularly those which have come to the fore during the year preceding publication, and many of the articles are developed from papers given at CELS' Lunchtime Seminars.  This volume contains articles by Giuliano Amato, Cheryl Saunders, Nick Barber, Damian Chalmers, Nina Boeger, David Ibbetson, Christoph Kletzer, Ioannis Lianos, Niamh Nic Shuibhne, Simon Whittaker and Harm Schepel.
