On 11 July 2012, the Centre for History and Economic and CELS hosted an 'In conversation with...' featuring Justice Stephen Breyer of the US Supreme Court at Trinity College, Cambridge.
In a wide ranging discussion, the Justice talked about the function of comparative law, originalism in the Supreme Court, and the role of public opinion in shaping the judges' views.
